Clinical Strength Classes Hampton

Aiming to Increase Your Confidence and Strength
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a long-term condition, or simply want to stay strong as you age, our clinical strength classes are designed to help you take on your goals.
However, we’re no standard gym class! At Better Movement Collective, our qualified physiotherapists supervise every session and work to understand your body, goals, strengths and limitations.
Held in our purpose-built gym in Hampton, our boutique classes combine evidence-based strength training, bodyweight exercises, and progressive weights to help you build functional strength, improve posture, and stay active for life.
What are Clinical Strength Classes?
Clinical strength classes are physiotherapist-led, small-group exercise sessions designed for people looking for more than a typical fitness class can offer.
Following a thorough assessment, we’ll develop an individualised strength program based on your movement, current abilities, and goals. It can’t get much more personalised than that! And although you’ll exercise alongside others, your program is unique to you, and we regularly review and progress it as your strength improves.
Our classes bridge the gap between one-on-one physiotherapy and independent exercise, providing the support, accountability, and guidance many people look for.
