this is not a clinic
it's a collective.

ABOUT US

Michael

Director & Co-founder, Senior Physiotherapist

Michael co-founded Better Movement Collective with Mackenzie in late 2025. An experienced physiotherapist, qualified Pilates instructor and strength & conditioning coach, he has held senior clinical and managerial roles across private practice and sports club medical programs.

Michael’s clinical interests have evolved toward supporting people as they age, particularly those navigating osteoarthritis, persistent pain and osteoporosis. He takes a proactive, person-first approach to care, helping people stay active, confident and engaged in the things that matter most to them.

She has worked within football programs at AFL clubs, gaining strong expertise in athletic performance and rehabilitation.

While her early career was grounded in elite sport, Mackenzie’s true passion lies in supporting older adults to maintain their independence and continue participating fully in family life.
