Comments

Media

Give Away Terms and Conditions:

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this giveaway is Better Movement Collective, located in Hampton, Victoria, Australia.
  2. Eligibility
    Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Better Movement Collective are not eligible to enter.
  3. Entry Method
    Participants may enter the giveaway by completing the official entry form either:
  • Online via the Better Movement Collective website or designated entry link, or
  • In person at the Better Movement Collective grand opening event.
  • Via instagram entry terms.

Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

  1. Promotion Period
    Entries open on the date the giveaway is first advertised and close at 7:59pm on the day of the grand opening event.
  2. Prize
    One winner will receive a prize consisting of:
  • Three (3) months of physiotherapist-led strength and/or Pilates classes at Better Movement Collective.

The prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.

  1. Winner Selection
    The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries at the grand opening event.
  2. Prize Conditions
    The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being notified. Participation in physiotherapy services may be subject to standard health screening and clinical suitability.
  3. Privacy
    By entering the giveaway, participants consent to their contact details being collected and used by Better Movement Collective for the purpose of administering the giveaway and for occasional clinic communications. Participants may unsubscribe from communications at any time.
  4. Public Announcement
    The winner may be announced on Better Movement Collective’s social media channels or website.
  5. Liability
    Better Movement Collective reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  6. Social Media Disclaimer
    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
